Job Opportunity: Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise: Crew Chiefs, Operators, Rover Operators
Oversee plant production
Ensure operational consistency using training and development
Maximize efficiency of production, production rate, and quality of products
Perform timely evaluation of all staff by written performance evaluations
Schedule and coordinate the daily work assignments and work shifts
Work with payroll to achieve accurate reporting of timecards
Demonstrate a personal commitment to the company values
Communicate with maintenance, environmental and lab manager daily
Respond and address complaints in a timely and courteous manner

Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 8am-4:30 pm with additional hours required throughout the year and on a call-in basis as the plant is operational 24 hour a day, 7 days a week
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Engineering, biochemistry, or related college degree, or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel plant supervision and process
Valid driver’s license
Excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented and multi-tasking skills essential
Technical ability to understand ethanol production
Experience in interviewing and selecting plant personnel
Creating and monitoring process operations performance metrics and communication
Candidates should possess a documented successful track record in managing process facilities
Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
