Job Opportunity: Accounting Assistant
Are you a meticulous and dependable team player with a passion for customer service? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as an Accounting Assistant at our Aurora location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests feel welcome and are appropriately checking in and out of the facility
- Administer phone calls
- Process grain settlements
- Manage accounts payable
- Support customer-related tasks
- Run errands and handle mail as required
- Maintain adequate quantities of office and facility supplies
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm with additional hours required during harvest
Qualifications:
- Experience in grain accounting and accounts payable
- Associate’s degree in accounting or business with an emphasis in accounting preferred
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
