Human Capital Management Specialist

K2S Global Solutions is actively seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM / Payroll functional specialist for an exciting long-term opportunity at Tallahassee , Florida.

This role supports the implementation of Florida PALM PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and requires a strong functional background in PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, ERP implementations, testing, and business process analysis.

Position Details

📍 Location: Tallahassee, FL (100% Onsite)

 💼 Role: ERP Team Member / HCM Specialist

 📅 Contract: Through August 15th , 2027 (Extension Possible)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support PeopleSoft HCM & Payroll initiatives

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Payroll Testing

Validate payroll calculations, taxes, and deductions

Analyze and improve business processes

Support Florida PALM implementation activities

Create functional documentation, job aids, and training materials

Coordinate cutover, conversion, and project readiness

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
