Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools and equipment
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures or components
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with more complex tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety
- Complete routine inspections and report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors
Requirements
- Proven experience in manual labor or construction environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction or maintenance work

- Reliable transportation to reach job sites consistently
