What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridge Carpenter/Concrete Finisher position at K2 Construction LLC?
Carpenter/Concrete Finisher: $17-$23
K2 Construction is seeking a highly motivated Carpenter/Concrete Finisher. This individual will be expected to assist in the general operations of Bridge and/or Box Culvert construction sites. This individual must have the ability to build wood and steel formwork. Bridge Construction experience is beneficial, but not a must.
Position Requirements
- Build Basic Formwork
- Rough Finish Concrete
- Operate Small Equipment
- Button-Up Formwork
- Complete Simple Form Setting
- Ability to Fill/Dump Concrete Bucket
- Pull Screed Board
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The work that is done by K2 Construction is physically demanding no matter what position you are in. Candidates will need to be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grasp, speak, communicate, and see. Candidate must be able to lift loads of 100 pounds and have dexterity. Candidate will also need to be able to climb up and down a ladder.
