Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with strong experience managing IT operations, major incidents, and service delivery in retail or distribution environments. Candidate should have excellent stakeholder management and ITIL knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing IT service delivery and operations
- Strong P1/P2 Incident Management experience
- Knowledge of ITIL Incident & Problem Management
- Experience handling SLAs, KPIs, and operational governance
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Experience coordinating onsite/offshore teams and vendors
- Understanding of Retail POS, Store Infrastructure, or DC systems preferred
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL v3 / ITIL v4
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification
