Responsibilities:
- Seeking a contingent ServiceNow developer who can rapidly integrate with the team and contribute to burning down this backlog.
- This role is critical to maintaining momentum on platform modernization efforts and ensuring delivery against strategic priorities.
- Work alongside existing platform engineers to resolve backlog items prioritized as critical or high impact, including production stability enhancements and compliance automation.
- Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, and evidence capture mechanisms.
- Rest integrations with some custom spokes, but limited.
- Expertise in Catalog Items, Flow Designer, business rules, Form/UI Enhancement.
- Possess a strong background in Snow Inventory Install and Admin with proven experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Service Now Work Model to effectively manage workflows.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in geospatial data management and system administration.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
