Responsible for supporting the department with administrative and/or

project-based tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

• Assist in maintaining an optimal network service and help decrease
  
  

daily operation interruptions by using known skills to work through

the system.

• Aide in network applications such as room scheduling, accounting
  
  

software, email, personnel/ payroll database and other specialized

database and/or interface applications.

• Assist in technical support to various departments, such as digital
  
  

camera operations, internal debit charge card systems, etc.

• Assist and recommend selection and implementation of computer
  
  

hardware and software purchases, maintenance and upgradestoachieve

maximum efficiency.

• Assist with wiring network cables and wiring jacks.
• Promote awareness on the appropriate way to use technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
