Job Overview:
K Spa is looking for a reliable and welcoming Spa Receptionist to help manage the front of the spa from open to close. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while creating a positive, seamless experience for every client.
As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for both client interaction and behind-the-scenes support throughout the day. This position requires consistent availability from opening to closing, so dependability is a must.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting clients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
- Checking clients in and out efficiently
- Answering phone calls, texts, and general inquiries
- Maintaining accurate client records and daily logs
- Supporting daily spa operations (laundry, restocking, light cleaning)
- Communicating with therapists and leadership to keep the schedule on track
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
