Job Summary
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, handling inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role plays a vital part in ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Verify order details and product quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory.
- Replenish stock in designated picking locations as needed.
- Label packages and complete shipping documentation.
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, retail, or inventory management is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
