Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Teamcenter Developer with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM development, customization, integration, deployment, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, ITK, SOA, workflow customization, and enterprise system integrations. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, PLM architects, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable Teamcenter solutions.
Required Technical Skills
Teamcenter PLM
Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM development and customization.
Strong experience with Teamcenter deployments, upgrades, migrations, and environment management.
Experience with Teamcenter administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Teamcenter data model, workflows, access controls, and lifecycle management.
Development & Customization
Advanced proficiency in Java/J2EE and C/C .
Strong experience with Teamcenter ITK (Integration Toolkit).
Experience with Teamcenter SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
Expertise in Teamcenter Workflow and Custom Handler development.
Experience with Teamcenter BMIDE (Business Modeler Integrated Development Environment).
Experience with Eclipse IDE and related development frameworks.
Knowledge of NX integration and NX UFUNC programming.
Integration & Automation
Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Development of custom APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Perl, or TCL.
Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and deployment automation.
Key Responsibilities
Teamcenter Development & Customization
Design, develop, and customize Teamcenter PLM solutions based on business requirements.
Create and maintain Teamcenter modules, workflows, handlers, and custom extensions.
Implement data model changes and customizations using BMIDE.
Develop and enhance Teamcenter functionality using ITK, SOA, Java, and C .
Integration & Solution Delivery
Develop integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as ERP, CAD, MES, and manufacturing systems.
Build and maintain APIs and web services for seamless data exchange.
Participate in solution design, technical architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
Support & Maintenance
Provide L2/L3 technical support for Teamcenter applications.
Troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, workflow failures, and integration problems.
Perform system upgrades, patches, deployments, and environment maintenance activities.
Ensure application stability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
