Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time)

JX Ventures LLC is a growing e-commerce business that sells products through online marketplaces. We're looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of our warehouse operations.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, likes staying organized, and wants the opportunity to grow with a small business.

The position begins as 20–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Warehouse Manager role as the company continues to grow and based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Prepare inventory for fulfillment channels
• Label products and maintain inventory accuracy
• Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Maintain packing supplies and shipping materials
• Identify opportunities to improve organization and workflow
• Work independently and manage daily priorities with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Warehouse, shipping, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Comfortable using computers, scanners, and Google Workspace
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
