Elevate Communities is the newly branded multifamily division of JWB Real Estate Companies, dedicated to serving Northeast Florida with a mission to elevate both the resident and client experience. With over 5,700 rental homes under management, including 600 multifamily units across small and mid-size apartment communities, JWB offers a vertically integrated approach to property management, construction, and real estate investment.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a proven multifamily leader to build and scale our property management platform from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to design, implement, and lead a fully integrated multifamily operating platform that will serve as the foundation for long-term growth within Elevate Communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the multifamily property management business plan.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish the vision, structure, and financial model for the new division.
- Build the initial organizational structure, including recruiting and developing key team members (regional managers, marketing, training, and support roles).
- Oversee the implementation of systems, software, and reporting tools to drive performance and transparency.
- Define operational standards, KPIs, and best practices across leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident experience.
- Establish management fee structures, ancillary income programs, and owner reporting standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, fair housing adherence, and operational excellence across all managed assets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership and clients, ensuring alignment between property-level execution and investment objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Background
- 8 years of experience in multifamily property management, with at least 3 years in senior leadership (VP, SVP, or President-level).
- Experience launching or scaling a management platform is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record managing multiple assets across markets.
- Deep understanding of technology platforms (property management, accounting, marketing, and reporting tools).
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build P&Ls and fee structures.
- Strategic thinker who can operate both as a builder and an operator.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
Compensation & Schedule
- $100-$150K base salary bonus
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Hours: 50 hours per week expected
- Reporting to: Adam Rigel, CIO
- Travel: Required within Jacksonville and surrounding areas to Elevate Communities properties
