This role will focus on hands-on development, configuration, and support, while also managing timelines and producing clear technical documentation. - Partner with stakeholders and managers to gather business and functional requirements, helping define project scope and technical specifications
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications, tools, and processes across both tactical and strategic initiatives
- Ensure software stability through regression testing, QA support, and unit/user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot issues, make updates to existing sites, and recommend improvements to optimize performance and user experience
- Design and develop UI components, reusable code, and wireframes for web pages and email templates
- Maintain regular file backups and support day-to-day development activities (~60%)
- Collaborate with CRM development teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications and integrations
- Support testing, training, and documentation efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption (~25%)
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement new features and designs
- Share ideas and technical solutions to continuously improve products and processes
- Understand system integrations, dependencies, and overall impact across business functions and platforms
- Contribute to status updates, risk tracking, and issue resolution
- Support additional tasks and initiatives as needed (~15%)
- Experience developing and supporting websites across multiple products or organizations Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience working with APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willing to learn other technologies the team uses such as MuleSoft, GitHub Action & Workflow, and Playwright
