The Director of Tax Services will step into this new role and shape the firm’s tax strategy as it relates to client services and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Day-to-day, the Director of Tax Services will oversee all aspects of tax services across the firm’s high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client base, including liaising with tax partners and ensuring quality service. This role combines strong technical expertise to help clients understand complex issues, and exceptional relationship building skills to maintain strong connections with advisors, clients and external tax partners.

Highlighted Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s tax strategy across client tax compliance and tax planning
- Oversee relationships with external tax firms
- Develop and implement scalable processes
- Review individual, trust and business tax returns
- Provide planning and optimization advice relating to business taxes, partnerships, pass-throughs, business exits, valuations, etc.
- Partner with wealth advisors to identify tax planning opportunities for clients.
- 12 years of tax experience across public accounting, investment advisory or family office
- CPA required
- Experience advising on gift and/or estate tax and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies
- Demonstrated roles building teams and client relationships
