We’re seeking a Systems Analyst to support our law firm client’s Accounting Department. This strategic and technical role bridges the gap between Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders. You’ll maintain and enhance financial systems, including time and billing, general ledger, and reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert and first-line support for financial systems
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Manage system configurations, enhancements, and user acceptance testing
- Support new financial tool implementations and integrations
- Ensure data integrity and system performance
- Develop documentation and training materials
- Stay current on technology trends and recommend improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3 years of experience supporting financial systems (law firm/professional services experience a plus)
- Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp Time, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of financial processes (billing cycles, GL, reporting)
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integrations
- Excellent communication skills
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information
