We are seeking a Technical Principal Product Manager (PPM) to provide senior-level leadership for a major product or product portfolio within a large enterprise environment. This role owns the strategic product vision, long-term technical roadmap, and execution strategy, working closely with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across highly matrixed teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centered products.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify market needs, customer pain points, and high-impact solutions.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and serve as a central point of communication.
Technical & Analytical Excellence
- Provide technical guidance on system architecture, APIs, and trade-offs to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Establish KPIs, monitor product performance, and use data-driven insights to guide product evolution.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
People, Process & Standards
- Mentor and coach product managers, elevating technical and product management standards.
- Define and uphold best practices across product teams.
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience partnering closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 10 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and leading product-oriented delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate user journeys and design artifacts into production-ready products.
- Proven track record delivering complex technology products in agile environments.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience working directly with end users to define epics, features, and user stories.
Technical Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
