What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Creative Operations Producer position at JustinBradley?
JustinBradley’s client, a multinational media and entertainment company, is seeking a Senior Creative Operations Producer. This team sits on the marketing and publishing side of a major gaming organization, focused on how creative content gets produced, scaled, and delivered across campaigns. This is not a traditional creative producer role. It’s deeply operational.
You’ll be stepping into a group that’s actively rebuilding how creative production works across the business, putting structure around workflows, templates, tools, and cross-functional coordination. The goal is simple: make the entire creative pipeline faster, cleaner, and more consistent.
If you’re someone who naturally brings order to chaos, builds systems that actually get used, and knows how to keep creative teams moving without slowing them down, this is the kind of role where you’ll have a real impact.
Hybrid 3 days onsite to Burbank, CA.
