We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our client’s dynamic team supporting licensed product categories, including hosiery, vision, and sleepwear. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design foundation, passion for product development, and experience working with brand-driven or entertainment-based properties.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support creative development across product categories, from concept through execution
- Review product submissions to ensure alignment with brand standards, design integrity, and franchise guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive creative strategy and ideation
- Contribute to product design, graphic design, typography, and trend research initiatives
- Develop presentations, pitches, and creative tools to support licensees
- Partner with Brand Assurance teams to review and approve submissions, both digitally and with physical samples
- Participate in regular team meetings and maintain strong communication across stakeholders
- Support ongoing business strategies through innovative creative direction
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in product design, graphic design, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong illustration and sketching skills with a refined design aesthetic
- Experience developing creative concepts and executing design strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with licensed products or brand-driven design
- Background in fashion or softlines product categories
- Interest in entertainment, storytelling, or franchise-based brands
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent technical training and/or relevant professional experience will also be considered
