JustinBradley’s client, a AAA insurer, is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support a busy legal team handling civil litigation matters. This role will be responsible for managing complex legal assignments, supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, and ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong New Jersey litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, paper-lite environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Review legal files and assist with the drafting of legal documents including discovery responses, motions, pleadings, trial documents, and jury instructions
- Calculate and track statutory and court deadlines to ensure timely completion of assignments and filings
- Conduct legal research using electronic legal research platforms such as Westlaw, as well as additional legal resources, related to civil procedure, personal injury, and subrogation matters
- Perform complex fact-finding investigations and provide detailed findings and legal analysis to attorneys
- Conduct insured client interviews and gather information for discovery and case preparation purposes
- Assist attorneys with trial, arbitration, and mediation preparation, including coordinating evidence and working with retained experts
- Manage administrative responsibilities including subpoena follow-up, notarization of documents, and maintaining legal resource materials
- Support case management and document organization within a paper-lite legal environment
- Maintain compliance with continuing legal education requirements and other applicable legal support standards
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience within New Jersey litigation environments
- Strong experience supporting civil litigation matters, including personal injury and/or subrogation cases
- Experience drafting legal documents and managing litigation deadlines
- Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw
- Strong written communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working within a legal management or case management system
- Familiarity with document management systems and paper-lite legal office environments
- Experience with TeamConnect or similar case management platforms preferred
