Salary Range: $70,000 - $72,000 per year

Position Summary
JusticeWorks is looking for a Full Time Program Director immediately, to provide advanced leadership oversight to management and field staff to ensure quality of service delivery.
What You Will Do
- Manage all staff to ensure and enforce quality programming in accordance with local funding sources regulatory and contract standards and JusticeWorks’ methodology
- Assure quality of operations: adherence to documentation requirements, file accuracy and enforce such with staff
- Assign referrals in accordance to program standards
- Ensure each staff is trained in accordance with company expectations
- Ensure each staff receives supervision on a weekly basis
- Recruit and hire quality staff
- Manage staff performance in accordance with organizational expectations
- Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly invoicing by deadline
- Develop goals for branch and monitor progress
- Attend and coordinate provider trainings and meetings as needed
- Identify opportunities for expansion
- Bachelors Degree required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle
- Pass current, applicable clearances
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
