About The Role
JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems
- Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling
- Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
- Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass all required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
