What You Will Do
- Maintain accurate records and manage internal databases
- Prepare and organize new client files
- Ensure all new hire paperwork and employee changes are submitted to the corporate office
- Maintain up-to-date and complete Human Resource files
- Assist with preparation for employee orientation and training
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required background clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
