Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Clymer, PA. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including managing correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, managing schedules, and assisting executives with administrative support. The role also involves maintaining and organizing records, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing excellent communication support to team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organization, scheduling, and maintaining records
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a office environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications in office management are a plus
