Salary Range: $50,000-$62,000/yearly

What You Will Do
JusticeWorks is seeking a Child Welfare Supervisor to lead and support a team of in-home specialists providing services to youth and families in need. This role focuses on mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly individual supervision, including case reviews and performance evaluations
- Support staff development and performance management, including documentation and training
- Assign referrals in accordance with program standards
- Attend meetings and court hearings with staff, as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Transport clients using a personal vehicle, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field and 2 years of relevant experience (preferred) OR
- High school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass required clearances and drug screening
