Responsibilities:
- Serve as the head coach for the indoor women’s volleyball program.
- Recruit, evaluate, and retain student athletes who meet Justice University admissions, academic, and athletic standards.
- Plan and conduct in person practices, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Schedule games and coordinate competition in accordance with NCCAA guidelines.
- Oversee game preparation, coaching, and player development.
- Ensure compliance with NCCAA rules and Justice University policies.
- Collaborate with the Athletic Director and university staff on scheduling, travel, and program operations.
- Represent Justice University in a professional manner that reflects the mission, values, and faith based identity of the institution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior coaching experience in volleyball required, preferably at the collegiate or high school level.
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and skill development.

- Ability to recruit effectively and build a competitive program.
- Commitment to Christian values and faith integrated education.
