Core Job Functions:
Basha High School is accepting applications for the position of head freshman, and JV head coach. In addition we are looking for an assistant coach as well. We are seeking a dedicated educator-coach who is passionate about student development, leadership, and program building. The ideal candidate will be committed to developing student-athletes academically, athletically, and socially, while establishing a sustainable and positive girls volleyball program aligned with Basha High School’s mission and vision.
Core Responsibilities:

Assisting with leading and overseeing the Basha High School girls volleyball program.

Building a strong, values-based volleyball program focused on character, accountability, and teamwork

Developing student-athletes through skill instruction, mentorship, and leadership opportunities

Establishing a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture across all levels

Supporting alignment between varsity, junior varsity, and feeder programs

Encouraging academic success and personal responsibility among student-athletes

Communicating effectively with student-athletes, parents, administration, and staff

Coaches must be available to travel to and from games.

Maintaining a safe training environment and prioritizing student-athlete well-being
