Residential Director

Pelham Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Pelham provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. 

Compensation 

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $77,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.  This range may be modified in the future. 

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.   

JRI Provides The Training So That:   

• YOU will be able to oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our students.  
• YOU will be able to ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on call coverage.  
• YOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.  
• YOU will be able to lead residential meetings and trainings, and runs residential shifts when needed.

Requirements:   

• Must be 21 years of age. 
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.  
• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required.  
• On call responsibilities, at times you will be required to work overtime. 
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required. 
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students! 
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
