As a Site Manager with Aspire Health Alliance, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of clients by utilizing your leadership skills in a residential group home setting. You will oversee residence operations and ensure quality care and support are delivered to individuals.

As a Site Manager with Aspire Health Alliance, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of clients by utilizing your leadership skills in a residential group home setting. You will oversee residence operations and ensure quality care and support are delivered to individuals.
Responsibilities
- Hire, supervise, and manage the performance of staff, including Residential Rehab Educators and Coordinators.
- Provide fiscal management of site funds, monitor budgets, and address physical plant needs.
- Serve as a liaison for service providers, family, and guardians.
- Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of individuals; ensure the quality of individual treatment and participate in direct care.
- Ensure all staff attend and complete cultural competency training and live training events for special populations.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a solid driving record and access to a personal vehicle.
- CPR First and MAP certifications required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in the human services field.
- Working knowledge of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations.
- Flexibility and teamwork skills, leadership, and motivation skills for staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic health record systems.
