Position OverviewAs a Certified Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with our providers to deliver high-quality clinical care while helping maintain efficient daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience.
What You’ll DoChairside Clinical Support
- Assist dentists during simple and surgical extraction procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients before procedures
- Take and process digital dental radiographs
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Ensure operatories remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Clinical Operations
- Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment
- Complete accurate patient documentation and charting
- Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Monitor inventory and notify leadership of supply needs
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with dentists and fellow team members to deliver outstanding patient care
- Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinical environment
- Assist with additional clinical responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential required
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required
- Experience assisting with extractions or oral surgery procedures preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Evening availability required
- Saturday availability preferred
