Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Dentists to join our clinical team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy performing extractions, value patient-centered care, and are looking for an environment that allows them to concentrate on clinical dentistry.

As a member of our team, you will provide extraction-focused treatment while working alongside experienced support staff in a fast-paced and highly efficient practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and surgical extraction procedures
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment recommendations
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care throughout the patient experience
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Adhere to all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Foster a positive and professional environment for patients and team members

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental License required
• Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
• Experience performing simple and surgical extractions preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
• Excellent communication and patient relationship abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
