Just People Inc. is a local non profit that supports adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. We are currently hiring for Weekend Coverage position. This positions requires the staff to be fun, energetic, outgoing, creative, and reliable.
Basic Job Duties: Weekend Coverage staff will be the "go to staff" on the property for Saturday and Sunday. Staff will need to monitor the individuals for health and safety. Assist those individuals that need more support. Plan and engage individuals in activities when necessary. Along with other tasks that may come up.
Weekends only - Open to discuss shift options. Friday, Saturday, Sunday. All weekend or part of weekend. Open to every other weekend. Let's chat to see what is the best fit for you!
· Requires Drivers License and copy of MVR for last 7 years
· Requires clean background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen
· Requires use of personal vehicle
· Proof of insurance required
· Mileage reimbursement bi-weekly
