Direct Support Staff- Case Manager Assistant will work closely with a Case Manager to assist with the needs of MALE and/or FEMALE members with developmental disabilities. CMA Staff will help members with multiple areas of their life, from cleaning skills to cooking skills, etc. Staff will assist with monitoring behaviors, social and interpersonal skills, and document time spent with the individuals supported.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk and take flights of stairs multiple times during the shift. Walking from one apartment to another is an everyday requirement. The employee frequently is required to use hands and fingers; climb or balance and stoop or kneel. The employee is required to be able to safely operate a motor vehicle. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Full Time Position Tuesday to Saturday 1pm-9pm

-Must pass drug test, fingerprinting, and background check
-Driving record will be required to be cleared for insurance
