Position: Forklift Operator – Second Shift
Location: Itasca, IL 60143
Pay $18.00 to $22.00 (Based on experience)
Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 1:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Fridays & Sundays: Off
Duties
Safely operate a stand-up Crown forklift.
Move carts holding furniture to and from racks and dock areas.
Push furniture off carts onto racks and pull furniture from racks onto carts.
Document product removal and movement accurately.
In-house training and certification provided.
Crown forklift certification paid by company
Strong hand–eye coordination.
Good vision and motor skills to safely operate a forklift.
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain attention to detail.
Experience
1 year of forklift experience preferred.
Willing to train and certify candidates with no prior certification.
Physical Requirements
Ability to push, pull, and maneuver furniture.
Stand for the entire shift (this is a stand-up forklift, not a sit-down role).
Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks.
Additional Comments
This is a physical position that requires consistent pushing, pulling, and moving of furniture in addition to operating the forklift. It is not a sit-down forklift role.
