Roll-Off Dumpster Truck Driver
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)

Job Overview
We are hiring a dependable and safety-conscious Roll-Off Dumpster Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves operating a work truck with a 20–22 ft gooseneck trailer to deliver, exchange, and retrieve roll-off dumpsters throughout Tyler, TX and the surrounding areas.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can represent our company professionally while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a work truck with a 20–22 ft gooseneck trailer.
- Deliver, exchange, and pick up roll-off dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer.
- Secure equipment and ensure safe transportation of dumpsters.
- Complete delivery tickets and any required paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained truck and trailer.
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.
- Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Work efficiently to complete scheduled routes each day.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience operating trucks and towing trailers preferred.
- Ability to safely back and maneuver a truck with a 20–22 ft gooseneck trailer.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to safety and customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
- 30–50 hours per week
- 7:00 AM start time
- Local routes serving Tyler, TX and the surrounding areas
