ABOUT THE CLIENT

- As a Concrete Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our high-rise commercial projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from pre-construction planning to final project closeout.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Pre-Construction:
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and develop effective strategies.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Construction:
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and compliance with project specifications.
Post-Construction:
- Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch list completion, and documentation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum of two years of experience in concrete construction, with a strong focus on high-rise commercial projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience managing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore or Primavera.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
