You'll ideally
- have:Previous experience in business development, account management or outside sales within the construction or mechanical ind
- ustry.Experience selling directly to end users, owners or facility managers rather than relying solely on General Contra
- ctors.A proactive approach to generating new business and developing long-term client relation
- ships.The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal
- teams.Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building s
- kills.A basic understanding of mechanical systems, with familiarity with HVAC terminology such as AHUs (Air Handling Units). Deep technical knowledge is not req
- uired.A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to play a key role in growing a successful business development fun
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
