We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join a growing General Contractor with a strong portfolio of commercial, and healthcare construction projects. This individual will be responsible for leading all field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• e.Review construction documents and proactively identify potential conflicts, constructability concerns, and schedule impact
• s.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company quality expectation
• s.Mentor field staff and foster a positive, accountable team cultur
• e.Take ownership of project execution and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycl

Qualificati

• ons7 years of experience serving as a Superintendent for a General Contract
• or.Proven experience independently managing ground-up and/or major renovation commercial construction projects valued at $1
• 0M.Commercial/healthcare construction experience is strongly preferr
• ed.Experience with commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects preferr
• ed.Structural concrete and masonry construction experience is a strong pl
• us.Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and field coordinati
• on.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skil
• ls.Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environmen
• ts.Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools preferr
