What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Employment Litigation Counsel position at JURISolutions Legal (JSL)?
JURISolutions is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in employment litigation for a hybrid (mostly remote) engagement support our mid-size law firm client based in Philadelphia. Candidates must have at least five years of recent employment litigation experience within a law firm environment and be capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution. While overall case strategy and supervision will be provided by senior attorneys, the selected candidates will be responsible for day-to-day case management, including drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with demonstrated experience in both state and federal courts.
This role may be structured as either part-time or full-time depending on candidate availability. The firm currently has sufficient work to support approximately 20 hours per week but is open to expanding the workload for the right candidate. The position is primarily remote, though candidates located within the Northeast corridor are preferred in order to allow for occasional in-person meetings. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent legal writing ability, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive professional environment.
