Jupiter Bach is seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations at our Pensacola manufacturing site. What You’ll Do
- Manage all HR functions, including employee records, compliance, and training documentation.
- Manage and develop HR administration staff.
- Support payroll processing and act as a liaison with our HR and Finance team.
- Partner with leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure consistent adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain a professional and confidential approach to sensitive HR matters.
- Spearhead our We Care values with strategic projects to grow our We Care culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience administering HR programs, payroll, and benefits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of HR policies and state/federal employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
