What You’ll Do
As a Production Technician, you will play a hands-on role in manufacturing fiberglass components used in wind turbines. This includes:
- Performing production tasks such as lamination, infusion, assembly, trimming, and finishing
- Following standard work instructions and quality requirements with precision
- Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets customer and company standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Identifying and reporting safety concerns, quality issues, or process improvements
- Supporting team efforts to improve efficiency and eliminate waste

Basic Qualifications

- Ability to work in environments that may include heat, noise, and PPE requirements
