Title: Project Manager (Construction, mid-level)
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Pay: $100k-$150k base (DOE) 10-35% bonus Truck Gas card
We have been in business for the last 50 years and have a very strong track record in the following fields (in order of most pressing at the moment):
Public Sector - Fire Station, Police Facility, City Halls
Mixed Use - Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office Towers
Healthcare - Medical Offices, Surgical Centers
Required:
- 3 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Extensive understanding of construction industry best practices, methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with permitting procedures and utility coordination processes.
- Team-oriented leadership approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Bonus points for any Preconstruction / Estimating background (not required)
