We are a growing home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven Bilingual Community Marketing Representative (English/Spanish) to help expand our presence in the community and build strong referral partnerships throughout the Greater Hartford area.
Position Summary
This is a field-based marketing and business development role focused on growing referral relationships and increasing awareness of our home care services. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and connecting families with resources that improve their quality of life.
You will spend the majority of your time in the community visiting referral partners, attending networking events, participating in health fairs, and promoting our services to healthcare professionals and community organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including:
- Hospitals
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Rehabilitation centers
- Assisted living communities
- Senior centers
- Physician offices
- Social workers and case managers
- Elder law attorneys
- Community organizations and faith-based groups
- Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners and prospective referral sources
- Promote agency services through presentations, meetings, and community outreach
- Participate in networking events, health fairs, senior expos, and community programs
- Build relationships within the local Spanish-speaking community
- Distribute marketing materials and educate community partners on our services
- Track marketing activities, contacts, and referral opportunities
- Collaborate with agency leadership to meet growth goals
- Follow up with referral sources and maintain ongoing communication
- Identify new opportunities for business development and community engagement
QualificationsRequired
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Professional, positive, and self-motivated attitude
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care marketing, outside sales, business development, or community outreach
- Knowledge of the West Hartford and Greater Hartford healthcare market
- Experience working with seniors, healthcare providers, or community organizations
