Juniper Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Advisor to join our growing team and help serve the increasing demand generated by our marketing and lead generation efforts.

Unlike many advisor roles that require extensive cold calling, networking, or building a book from scratch, this opportunity is supported by a steady flow of qualified retirement-focused prospects generated through educational events, digital marketing campaigns, and proprietary lead generation systems.

This position is ideal for an advisor who enjoys meeting with people, building relationships, presenting solutions, and helping clients make confident financial decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom, phone, and in-person appointments

• Review retirement, investment, tax planning, income planning, and insurance opportunities

• Develop recommendations based on each client's goals and circumstances

• Convert qualified prospects into long-term client relationships

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and client care

• Participate in educational events and occasional evening workshops

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Active Series 65 license

• Active Life Insurance License

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience working with retirees and pre-retirees preferred

• Ability to present complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner

• Coachable, professional, and motivated to grow

• Desire to be part of a collaborative team rather than operating as a solo advisor
