Total Compensation
First year advisors’ to experienced advisors’ variable performance-based compensation range: $51,000 to $320,000 per year (with experienced specialist advisors' income greatly exceeding this range)

Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial strategies based on clients' goals, risk tolerance, financial circumstances, and time horizons.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners while growing your book of business through networking, referrals, professional connections, and other business-development strategies.
- Conduct ongoing client reviews and proactively adjust strategies as clients' financial needs and life circumstances evolve.
- Collaborate with experienced advisors and internal specialists to provide clients with a truly holistic financial planning experience.
- Leverage technology, marketing support, and training to strengthen and grow your practice.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance while continually strengthening your financial expertise, business-development skills, and client-service capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in financial advisory or wealth management services.
- Active Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.
- Active FINRA registrations, including Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting production goals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
- Proficiency with advanced financial planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or Morningstar.
- An existing transferable book of business or a strong local professional network.
- Advanced degree, such as an MBA or a Master’s in Finance.
