Juniper Wealth Management is seeking an energetic, organized, people-focused professional to serve as the face of our firm and the driving force behind our client experience and educational events.
This is not a traditional receptionist position.
This is a highly visible role that combines client service, event coordination, appointment scheduling, marketing support, and relationship management. You will work directly alongside our Founder and Financial Advisors while helping retirees and pre-retirees navigate some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

What You Will Do
Client Concierge & Front Office Experience
- Welcome clients and guests with a warm, professional experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries
- Coordinate advisor calendars and schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments through phone, text, and email outreach
- Manage appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system
- Assist with client touchpoints, birthday programs, and appreciation initiatives
- Ensure the office remains professional, organized, and client-ready
Event Coordination
- Coordinate educational dinner seminars and retirement workshops
- Manage RSVPs and attendee communications
- Qualify prospective attendees through phone conversations
- Attend evening workshops and seminars
- Welcome and register guests at events
- Assist with appointment scheduling during and after events
Prospect Follow-Up & Appointment Setting
- Contact prospective clients who request information online or register for events
- Follow up with seminar attendees to schedule appointments
- Build rapport and encourage qualified prospects to meet with an advisor
- Maintain consistent follow-up processes through phone, email, and text
- Help keep advisor schedules full with qualified appointments
- Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the prospect journey
Marketing Support
- Assist with seminar marketing campaigns
- Coordinate email invitations and event communications
- Support social media and community outreach efforts
- Assist with presentation materials and event collateral
- Work closely with marketing vendors and agency partners

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in client service, hospitality, event planning, customer service, scheduling, sales support, or administrative coordination
- Experience in financial services is helpful but not required
- Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with prospective clients
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or customer experiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- In-office position
- Approximately 2-4 evening events per month
