Elementary School Tutor – Miramar (Part-Time)

Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and engaging Elementary School Tutor to provide in-person academic support to an elementary-aged student in Miramar. The tutor will support foundational skills such as reading, writing, and math.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic tutoring
- Reinforce school curriculum and homework
- Create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Communicate student progress as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching or tutoring experience (required)
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability
- Background check required
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
Work Location: In person
