Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Juice Bar Attendant to join our team in creating exceptional Juice , Smoothie & Bowl experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a love for Juice, Smoothies & Bowls, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a JBA, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of Juice, Smoothie beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Learn the benefits of our products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment, workstations, and lobby area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment while delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy café setting.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- Experience using POS systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
