Judson Group is proud to partner with a growing, multi-office wealth advisory practice serving high-net-worth individuals and families in the search for a Wealth Advisor. The firm takes a holistic approach to wealth management, helping clients connect their financial decisions to the life they want to build while providing disciplined investment and planning guidance. The team works closely with clients and their outside professional advisors to develop strategies that evolve with their needs.
The ideal candidate is an established advisor who wants a meaningful role in both client leadership and business growth. You’ll have the platform and collaborative support to deepen existing relationships, pursue new opportunities, and expand your own book of business. The team values initiative and fresh ideas, giving advisors the autonomy to identify opportunities while providing marketing support to help bring those ideas to life. The position is primarily based in either the Bellevue or Ellensburg office, with remote flexibility considered for candidates whose experience and client base support it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead client relationships from discovery through ongoing planning and wealth management.
- Grow and develop a personal book of business through proactive business development and relationship building.
- Identify new business opportunities and turn professional and personal networks into lasting client relationships.
- Develop and deliver tailored financial planning and investment strategies for high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors to provide coordinated advice.
- Stay informed on market conditions and contribute to investment strategy discussions.
- Generate ideas for prospecting events and business development initiatives, partnering with marketing on execution.
- Meet or exceed established revenue and client acquisition goals.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative, client-focused team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience as a wealth management advisor.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CFP, CFA, CPA, or JD preferred.
- Series 65 or equivalent registration.
- Demonstrated success building and growing a book of business.
- A strong existing client base and/or proven ability to generate new business.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and business development skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, generate ideas, and execute.
- Willingness to work primarily on-site in Bellevue or Ellensburg; remote flexibility may be considered based on experience and client base.
