The Wealth Advisor will be responsible for developing high-quality, long-term client relationships, driving new business, and delivering comprehensive financial planning and advice. This individual will play a critical role in the firm’s continued growth by leading the full client lifecycle—from prospecting and closing new relationships to onboarding and ongoing advisory engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Progress leads and close new client relationships while meeting annual growth targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, reinforcing long-term relationships built on trust and results.
- Own the full front-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal development, and closing.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management through proactive follow-up and clear next steps.
- Take full accountability for outcomes—from initial meeting through long-term retention.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients with complex financial situations.
- Leverage leading planning tools such as RightCapital, eMoney, or MoneyGuidePro.
- Collaborate with internal team members to design and deliver tailored planning strategies.
- Personally guide clients through onboarding, account setup, and asset transfer processes.
- Deliver holistic financial planning, portfolio guidance, and proactive communication.
- Conduct regular client reviews and adjust strategies as life circumstances evolve.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships, including tax planning, estate strategies, and held-away asset management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of success as a financial advisor or practice leader.
- CFP® designation required.
- Deep expertise in holistic financial planning and investment strategy.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Naturally understands client priorities and communicates advice in a compelling, relatable way.
- Builds trust quickly and intuitively understands client motivations.
- Highly motivated to succeed financially, with self-directed goals and a strong desire to win.
